You are right.constitutional matters or civil matters that has nothing to do with elections usually take time to be suspended with like in the case of the ex deputies of kogi,ondo etc who were reinstated,it took almost a year...
This judge tactically dealt with them by postponing the evil day till the appeal court rules but I suspect the appeal court might not rule soon

Bro even the appeal court will not hear the matter until after September election. The matter don turn political matter. No pronouncements will be made on this shaibu matter until after the election.
