Shuaibu can be destructive and that's what APC needs na.he will make sure nothing for pdp up north.

His impact won't be as devastating as that of Oshiomhole. They're from the same LGA. And Oshiomhole's influence in the district is wider too.

If Shaibu works against PDP and Oshiomhole works against APC, that of Oshiomhole will nullify whatever negative impact Shaibu may have had on the PDP.

It's going to be a very interesting election. There'll be internal sabotage on both sides but the effects will depend on how influential the people working against you are in their domains. I read the press release of Denco this morning, it doesn't suggest any peace at all. Interesting times ahead!

Again let me tell you that Oshiomhole's influence goes far beyond Edo north. I can assure you for example that, if Dennis Idahosa stays away from the election, the PDP will sweep both ovia south west and ovia north east clean. Denco is the APC pillar in that area. I don't know of any other APC leader that can command votes in that area. He's the reason APC has a member in the state house of assembly from that area. It was a tug of war. It's not about dynamics bro. It's about your connection with your people. This is what Oshiomhole has that the others don't. Even in the days of Buhari na only Oshiomhole district Buhari dey win for Edo State. He delivers in any election irrespective of dynamics. In the last guber election, the only 5 LGAs won by Ize Iyamu were from Oshiomhole's district. Ize Iyamu lost his LGA and all the LGAs in his district.

As hot as the Obidient movement in Edo in the last election, it was only in Edo north that Obi didn't win any ward. Obi cleared every other LGAs in Edo south and Edo central with wide margins. You don't embarrass a man like that. Atleast give him his local government when you're writing your primary results.
