PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING SCHOOL
OF FOUNDATION STUDIES e-
APPLICATION FORM:
• visit the University of Lagos website
(www.unilag.edu.ng )

• on the prospective students menu, click
on the School of Foundation Studies

• go through the information on subject
combinations for completing the
Application Form.

• complete the Pre-Application Form to
obtain a payment reference number (PRN)
Using the applicant’s names.

For University of Lagos Staff Children:
• Click the staff biological child link,
provide 5 digit staff ID number and select
appropriate name on the staff children list
to obtain a payment reference number
(PRN).

Cost of Application Form (including on
line practice tests (excluding Bank
Charges ): N25,000.00 ( non-refundable ).
Make payment at any of the under-listed
banks with the payment reference number
(PRN):
Access Bank, UNILAG; ECOBANK, UNILAG;
First Bank, UNILAG; GTB, UNILAG; UBA,
UNILAG; Wema Bank, UNILAG; Zenith
Bank, Ilupeju; and Union Bank, Sabo,
Yaba, Lagos
Return to the University website, click on
School of Foundation Studies and click on
continue Application. Log in with PRN and
applicant’s surname in lowercase as
password.

Complete the application form, print two
copies and bring along to the entrance
examination on 24th - 28th August,
2015.

N.B.: Please read the information on subject
combinations for completing the
application forms online

• The Application opens on Tuesday 12th
May, 2015 and closes on Friday, 14th
August, 2015.

• Examination Dates: 24th - 28th August,
2015
Mode of Examination: Computer-Based
Testing (Please check the Unilag Website
a week before examination to verify your
venue and examination date).

All Questions are Multiple Choice.

• Examination subjects are: Mathematics,
English Language (20 question each) and 3
other relevant subjects of 15 questions each,
that is, a total of 85 questions to be
answered in 1 hour.

• Students are to report at designated
venues - according to the schedule on the
Examination Pass.

• All candidates must be at the designated
venue two hours before the scheduled
Examination time.

Results:- Results will be released on the
University website and at the Faculties on
Monday 21st September , 2015.

Registration Starts: September 28, 2015

who have two A-level passes, HND holders
and graduates of recognised Institutions are
exempted from the entrance examination
and may be considered for admission into
the School of Foundation Studies. Highly

Board (JUPEB), are eligible for
consideration for Direct Entry admission
into the 200 Level of the Degree
Programmes of the University through

I have registered mine, all you need is your JAMB registration number for ND that you wer admitted with, In summary you should go with you JAMB result for OND and your OND or HND or Bsc certificate depending on the one you are applying with

What if someone is using A-level to apply..what registration number wil he use?

you mean our mock exam or the main jupep Exam? If it's the former, we'd be starting on Monday but if it's the latter, it's a general thing across the country. It starts on 16th of June and ends on 29th of June.

We re to write an incourse exam on monday,our mock starts june 1..U guys re fast..

Yes,it is still the same foundation program,but u will have to write an external exam called jupeb
D form shld b out after post utme or even before it
It dosent require utme..Jst pass their entrance exam nd av ur waec result(one sitting) nd u re good to go. .
