Must have some knowledge in book keeping
Must be able to coordinate and manage resources
Must have customer friendly
Good communication skill and computer literacy

Duties & Responsibilities
Attend to all customers requests pleasantly and respectfully
Sell the laundry services effectively and creatively
Effectively write invoices to advise customer of sale value
Do Sales and Marketing once a week
Tag clothes to be washed by the laundry man
Tag all bags, nylons or any customer related containers for full service, half service and dry cleaning in the shop
Attend to requests for pickup at the shop from existing customers
Attend to pick up requests from customer premise
Track items to be delivered from the backend shop
Provide daily reporting of invoices, gen runtime and late deliveries
Ensure books are balanced at the end of every day
Record information into all the activity, feedback, customer dataset, cashier and pickup/ delivery books
Update customer database
Entry of relevant information into the laundry software application
