Google’s Smart Reply feature will soon be made available to third party apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and others just like we have in All o, where the app guesses what you might respond to a message with, and adds a button to send that response.
Invites to test Smart Reply were sent out by Area 120,a division of Google that works on experimental products. As reported by Android police
The email outlined a few features of the Reply app. Smart replies can be shown directly in the message’s notification for an instant response. It might even add smarter replies like when someone asks for an ETA, Google would be able to calculate it for you.
Other Things The Smart Replies Contains includes:

According to earlier reports , the operations of DSTV and GOtv would come to an end in 2019 as their license which expires in June 2019 would not be renewed.
The license issued to MultiChoice in 2014 is not reportedly in line with the Digital Switch Over (DSO) White Paper and that’s why it wouldn’t be renewed.

PhonesFacebook Testing A “downvote” Button For Flagging Fake Content by Infocity1474(op): 1:19pm On Feb 11, 2018
The downvotes feature is not in any way related to dislike that people have been craving for or a look alike of Reddit upvotes and downvotes.
However, the “ downvote ” button F acebook is testing will help clean up some of the hateful comments and fake news posts that are currently wreaking havoc on the social media platform.
The downvote button will eventually appear in the area where you would normally “Like” a post or reply to a comment. When tapped, the downvote button hides a comment, and gives users additional reporting options like “Offensive“, “Misleading“, and “Off Topic“. Those could help Facebook figure out if the comment is objectionable, a form of “fake news“, or just irrelevent.
Here is a look at a comment with “downvote” option;
