this is real life and to who it consign is alive , what is your advise

can some one tell him how he could meet a lady in whole LAGOS. he is  28 years old, he grew up in Lagos. he is tall and light in complex. he never hold single relationship with any lady for over fifteen years. he will be going to South Africa for 3 year study. he want to have a serious  relationship with a Nigeria lady before he left. what should he do. where on earth he could see a lady in LAD.
