I still remember vividly coming to Nigeria in 1999 and the whole Amadu Bello Way was flooded with ocean waters. The federal govt had tried for decades to tame the waters but they couldn't.
There used to be dead bodies on that Oshodi highway back then. I was so traumatized that each time I ventured out, I would try not to look at anything that might be another dead body on the freeway.

I grew up during the time of Jakande, his idea was noble but the free school idea is actually what destroyed the school system in Lagos. I was attending a very nice secondary school back then with a very high standard, no one was even thinking of going to private school. Once the School 2 project started, all the well-established schools started to lose their luster. Schools such as Kings and Queen's Colleges, Igbobi, St Finbers, Ansarudeen, Govt Colleges, and Internationals school in VI back then.
Free education was a noble idea but it was badly implemented. They turned all schools into poultry and everyone moved to Lagos from everywhere. That was the beginning of the end of the good schools in Lagos. Once the educational system went bad, everything else went bad.

You kids are clueless and just going by propaganda.
Tinubu is not a saint but compared to others, he's way ahead and above them.
