Besides, there's a lacune in the marriage act, if it abhors multiple wives, yet still permits the man's religious rights in same subject matter.

Then for sharing of properties, if all marriages are valid under religion and the law, the precedence should be given to hierarchy. That means the xtian wife gets first.
