please everyone can I apply for oou post utme with 178 I really wish to go to a university instead of poly but Jamb has put me in a state where ahl be searching everywhere for possible universities that can accept that mark due to how the computer went off when I just started the third paper Jamb this is for me was a total mess..In a nutshell shell can oou accept 178?
