how does it work? will I have to use my data to watch it after paying 1k

You can use your data to download our movies or live stream if u want to, but alternatively you can also get any movie of your choice without downloading or using ur data... All u do is locate a nearby kiosk via our kiosk finder on the app and get as much movie as u want or locate any of our agent.

Why can't I download from the app instead of going to your agents shop to get the movies I need.

You can download if you want to... But to do that you will have to use your data.. So going to our agent or kiosk is just a way to help us save data.

Is that the way you will be treating your potential customers when they have issues?

I'm sure your potential customers that you are advertising to here can see this and know what awaits them whenever they encounter any problem with your service.

Never attacked you bro... If the problem still persist and you are sure u have the updated version of the app, then it might just be your phone isn't compatible.

But pls chat me up on whatapp so I can get more details as to what the problem really is.

Have u tried updating ur app? Before u say I work for irokotv (cos that's the tend now, anyone that is opposed to other people's opinions is automatically tagged an agent), I have been using this app and it works. There was a time I was getting this same error as it's on my phone and updating the app solved it. Also I have an Intel powered tablet that wasn't compatible with the app, but after a few days irokotv pushed an update and it solved the problem. So if there is no update then maybe ur device has compatibility issues.

Nobody should waste money on this rubbish. I subscribed and downloaded some movies to watch later.
When I had time to watch, the app kept crashing.
I chatted with their agents online, they promised the issue would be resolved.
It's been more that a month now, still same problems.

That's not true.. The app never crash .. The only issue u might get us your phone not compatible or video displaying content due to low ram memory.. Pls mind what u post.
