Access Bank would blow out in 2026, that is for sure.
I think it usually does about 50-70% of the price of GTB/Zenith
Exactly!
You get the point.

A topup on Access Bank today wasn't a bad idea. I decided to do that because ACCESS must deliver

I have shown over the years to be loyal to Access Bank grin
The largest bank cannot stay down for much longer, especially seeing the crazy valuations of its peers.

I can’t wait to see the 2025 AFS

And ACCESSCORP is around $US 1.2 Billion.

ACCESSCORP has great potential for price appreciation in the short run.
If you now add the fact that asset has more assets than zenith and also access corp’s Interest income is also higher than zenith.

Access current valuation is criminal

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by isaacosas01(m): 9:49am On Apr 24
I have done the maths, my short term price target of access is #50. This will put it at half the market cap of zenith.
Zenith bank is not 2 times the size of access.
So if Zenith is trading at 5T market cap, its either Zenith bank is over-valued or access bank is undervalued.

So before the year ends access will be trading at $50.

I check their numbers and it was impressive, but the next Presco - that is a stretch!!!
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by isaacosas01(m): 10:07am On Apr 21
If i wanted to sell my Access shares (i am not selling), i think #40 will be a good place to take profits, because access numbers will probably show a #2.7 divident and that might cause a temporary pull back.

I am here for the long term, i think access does atleast #50 at end of year.

Market open with access at +8%. Almost on full bid. Since i got my acccess shares i don’t think i have seen access on full bid 3 days in a roll.
This would be great!

SUBJECT: Suspected Market Manipulation – MERGROWTH & MERVALUE ETF (NGX)

To: NGX RegCo / SEC Nigeria

For the past three weeks, MERGROWTH and MERVALUE ETF have consistently hit the -10% limit between 2:20–2:30 PM daily — immediately before market closes for the day..

Given the thin liquidity of these ETFs, this pattern — same instruments, same time, same maximum loss, repeated weekly — is consistent with deliberate end-of-day price depression ("marking the close"wink

Which is prohibited under the ISA 2025 and SEC Nigeria market conduct rules.

I request that NGX RegCo's market surveillance unit investigate the identity and intent of parties placing sell orders in this window over the past three weeks.

grin grin grin grin grin
Did you actually write this mail to NGX and SEC?

Even on your numbers, both are trading around 0.3x book value (Access enjoying a slight premium). But Access has the better business mix (qualitatively speaking), with a large, stable pensions business (post ARM acquisition) and a growing payments solution (Hydrogen Pay), both of which generate higher quality earnings than net interest margin.

If you want a pan-African bank, Access is probably the better bet.
I agree with you 100%.

Even simply asking a room of 100 people who has an Eco account vs an Access account it would be 99 - 1 in favour of access.

If you want to buy an undervalued bank stock, it should be Access.

Abeg who is expert analysis? There is no such thing as expert analysis. I have ETI and I am promoting ETI purely for selfish reasons. If you buy solely because I told you to buy then you are foolish. This is a faceless forum and I am under no obligation to help you make money. I will only promote stocks I own and I will never tell anyone before I sell. Do your own freaking research. THERE IS NO EXPERT IN THE STOCK MARKET!!!!

Having said all that nonsense above I have to ask once again; have you bought your ETI?
I don’t think u have go to the gutters to state ur point.

My point is clear, because a stock is undervalued doesn’t mean it will not “undervalue” more.

ETI will go lower!

When I said we are at peak palm oil I meant palm oil prices would most likely only decline over the next few years. The decline wont be dramatic but it would be a steady decline from the peak we were witnessing. This isn't something that will be captured in one quarter though I also suspect we are looking at peak palm stock valuations.

With regards to ETI, all I will say is; Have you bought your ETI?

Zenith bank is more likely to touch N50 than ETI is to touch N30. Not everybody is crazy about dividend. I for one do not care about dividends. I care that you care about it and as such I factor your behavior in my analysis but I try and avoid collecting dividends
So expert analysis is that and dividend hunters will get out of Zenith and GTB in April and May. And we would see a slump in price as we have seen in previous year. Will this slump not also affect ETI? Or you think its so undervalued it won’t dip?
Talking about undervalued assets, Access holding is the most undervalued stock and last year June it went as low as 20 naira.
So i think ETI would still dip along with other banking stocks in May/June but if you believe its undervalued you can buy now. I for one will wait till May/June. If you can’t wait till May/June then wait till they declare their zero dividends and buy that dip.

Now have you heard the latest. The curfew was lifted and the feared killing commenced.
Now Jos is on lockdown. No media frenzy now even though more people were killed than the initial number by armed men.
That I suggested something different from the usual that has not yielded any solutions over the years doesn't make me a novice.
Yes oo, they relax the curfew today and killings started commenced too.
Jos is currently locked down as we speak, everyone is afraid for their life.

Nigerian banks should generally increase their payout ratio because that might help repricing towards EMEA/ African averages. The days of 15-25% payout ratio should be a thing of the past if we want to see better pricing. No better way to instill confidence in the numbers / AFS being churn other than a healthy payout ratio, otherwise the numbers/ AFS will be taken as "audio" and same will ultimately reflect in pricing.
GTCO is taking doing this. There is a reason they have a P/E of 4x while other are still at 2x and below. I think this dividend should push them to 5x P/E

UNIVINSURE is basically a dead company.
I looked at their AFS 2025 and they made profit, plus they have the lowest PE ratio in the insurance sector. I’m just thinking now if I exit or take my small loss and run

It's proprietary, it's spiritual too.

The evidence that it works can be seen from my posts here like mentioning the thresholds the index will cross per time, saying japaual won't hit #5 when some people thought there was $21bn gold worth that would push it to #1000,and recently stating that PRESCO would close on full bid this past Monday. I said that the Friday before.

If you can be right about most of these projections, it's only natural for your results to reflect your accuracy.
I understand you can’t share proprietary knowledge publicly. I pray you keep winning.
You inspire me to take the NGX seriously, your numbers are unreal! Well-done!

On market outlook, March was flat, what do you think Q2 on the NGX will bring?

That edge will be quickly eroded once others catch on to what you’re doing (Have been eating from it too in the last few months). This strategy won’t last long if you keep exposing it, buying from impatient sellers and flipping for small profits. You should already be planning your next strategy, because at this rate, you’ll soon be sharing those returns with a wave of new entrants, some of whom may be even smarter and more resourceful than you. You dey make money, enjoy your money na, make the thing no cast. angry undecided
What strategy are you using please. Let learn from it.
