1)Download "Google Frame WORK" and install it. (without thus Google framework.. You might keep getting the "can't connect to Google server"
2)download the latest version of Google play service and Google play store ..

Google play store won't work without Googleplay services
Clear cache and clear data might not Work in all cases..

Mine landed today from Jumia. Took 3 weeks to land. After unboxing it, I tried to power it on but d phone refused to power on, then I thought it came with a flat battery. I connected to power source to charge, still refused to charge. Meh!! I was confused and agitated. I was about calling Jumia to harass them of sending a dead phone to me. After like 10 minutes of disorientation period, I removed the phone back cover and lol and behold I saw a tiny tape covering the battery terminal. I removed the tape and suddenly d phone powered on.
