EducationRe: I Struggled With Anatomy Until I Cracked This Code by ishayaauta(m): 4:58pm On Dec 02, 2025
MedAnon:
For a long time, Anatomy felt like a personal attack.

No matter how much I read, the diagrams refused to stick.
I would memorize it today… and forget everything tomorrow.
My seniors kept saying “Anatomy is broad,” but nobody told me what to actually do to survive it without losing my mind.

Then one day, something changed.

I didn’t become smarter.
I didn’t suddenly start reading 12 hours a day.
I simply cracked one code that flipped everything for me:

I stopped reading Anatomy like a textbook… and started reading it like a STORY with CHARACTERS, EVENTS, and CONSEQUENCES.

And that was the beginning of my success.

Let me explain.

1. I Stopped Studying Structures… and Started Studying Their “Personalities”

Every structure has a “personality.”

The ulnar nerve is “the jealous one”... it hides behind the medial epicondyle and gets angry when you hit it.

The spleen is “the fragile prince” protected under ribs because one small injury and it bleeds out.

The femoral triangle is “the VIP lounge” only the most important vessels stay there.

Once I started giving structures identities, I stopped forgetting them.
Because the brain remembers characters better than labels.

2. I Started Asking ONE Question That Changed Everything:

“If this structure disappears, what will go wrong?”

The moment you can answer that for any nerve, vessel, or muscle..
Anatomy becomes common sense, not memorization.

Median nerve is cut >> can’t oppose thumb >> object slips from your hand>
> OK sign becomes abnormal.

Now tell me, how can you forget something you understand?

3. I Converted Diagrams Into 10-Second Mental Images

Not drawing…
Not copying…
Not colouring…

Just pausing for 10 seconds after reading to build a simple mental image.

And here’s the trick:
The image doesn’t have to be perfect.
It only needs to be distinct.

My drawing of the Circle of Willis looked like a fried egg.. but I never forgot it again.

4. I Didn’t Practice Questions… I Practiced PREDICTING Them

Before opening any MCQ, I would ask myself:

“If I were the examiner, what would I test from this topic?”

Do you know the crazy part?
The actual questions were always 60–70% similar.
Because Anatomy examiners are predictable:

They love nerve injuries

They love anatomical relations

They love clinical correlations

Once I mastered predicting questions, Anatomy stopped surprising me.

5. I Found Out That Anatomy Has “Trigger Words”

Words that examiners use to indirectly point at one structure.

“Winging of scapula” >>Serratus anterior
“Waiter’s tip” >> Erb palsy
“Foot drop” >> Common fibular nerve
“Claw hand” >> Ulnar nerve

I memorized the trigger words, not the whole topic.
And whenever I saw them in exam options, my brain clicked instantly.

6. I Realized Anatomy Is Not Hard… It’s Just Linked Together

You cannot study the brachial plexus today
and the upper limb tomorrow
and expect to remember anything.

Everything is connected.
Once I started linking concepts like:

nerve >>muscle >> action >> clinical defect

bone >> relation >> structure injured

artery >> branches >> area supplied

…everything stopped scattering in my head.

7. The Final Code I Cracked:

Anatomy rewards understanding, not hustling.

Once I stopped reading blindly and started reading strategically,
my grades changed dramatically and Anatomy became one of my easiest courses.

TechAI:
Most of the cars we use in Nigeria are imported from Europe, Canada, and the U.S.

But are we aware that these same cars — especially popular Japanese brands — can also be purchased from China? Many of the models we get from the West are also available in the East, often at a lower cost, making them potentially more affordable to import.

Are there people already doing this in Nigeria, but it’s just not being talked about enough?

I’d like to request that this be moved to the front page for wider visibility. I’m planning to buy a car in the coming months and am currently doing my research.

Thank you in advance
the challenge is not getting it, what happens to spear parts availability, I fancy a lot of American brands, but omo! kazeem go use you see weyting no good at all

What does Nigerian Brewery, Champion Brewery, International Brewery, MTN and Cadbury have in common? They all came out of losses in either their Q4 2024 or Q1 2025, and they have all done over 100%+ in the short-term.

There is only one major company left to follow the trend and that is Dangote Sugar. Kindly do your own due diligence as this is neither financial advice nor a stock recommendation.

this thread is quite comical lol

people use emotion and feeling to analyze and give opinions, there is a reason why being battle tested gives you a 10x advantage irrespective of what you represent.

like CDS said if sahel falls Nigeria is in trouble isis are battle tested, from the 1948 war till date Israel Armed forces are battle tested, do you know the amount of precision you need to fight an urban warfare?

i diggress
take Liberia for example it was brutal and cases of rapes were recorded Hamas invading Israel recorded cases of rape... a military that can control their sexual urge in war time are extremely discipline it is common knowledge about the 3w weakness within armed forces.

back to topic:
why do you think of the popular saying that it is expensive to train a soldier?
no supper power will ever play defense, because it is extremely expensive and difficult, yet Israel survived several attacks, and history let us know it wasn't because they lack intelligence a bout imminent attack, but was because they showed retrains.

take egypt as a key sturdy, they disseminated it's airforce which resulted in a quick victory... imagine being attacked by six nations and all of them returning like a dog that lost a fight with it's tails between it's tail... that's the country you think Iran can win lol

people that have been defending their teritory since 1948 lol.... goodluck

people can't differentiate a man and his calling, thus why his public perception is projected to all HOTR members.

Are you aware that between 50 to 60 percent of Jordanian citizens are descendants of Palestinian refugees?

In Egypt's case, when Muhammad Mursi was elected President, he opened the Rafah border and there was free movement of Palestinians. Also, the government started questioning the terms of the treaty with israel

So what happened?
The West along with israel backed a coup against Mursi and Sisi came to power and Rafah has been shut ever since and for ensuring the border remains shut and the treaty with israel remains intact, they continue to pump Sisi's government with money and supply the military with equipment

I personally prefer that they keep the border closed at this time because if they open it and Palestinians leave, then they've lost their homeland for good

The way you people try to twist facts is astonishing
do you have proof that the minister of defence coup which the entire country armed forces were under his control was backed by west or Israel?

How logical is your statement?

it is open for everyone to see and contest the reason he gave for closing the boarder:

"since Sisi’s 2013 coup, northern Sinai has become off-limits for independent media, researchers and civil society as the government imposed a blackout on the area during its campaign against an Islamic State-affiliated insurgency."

my rhetorical question to you is:

Who are the backers of Islamic State-affiliated Insurgency?(Iran)

Gaza and the West Bank are completely surrounded by Israel. The maps show you that Gaza borders Palestine and Jordan borders the West Bank.

But what the map doesn't show you is that Israeli soldiers are on the Gaza and West Bank side of both borders.

If Egypt, for instance, decides to open a new border with Gaza, such road will have to run right through israeli-controlled territory.

In that case, a person going from Egypt into Gaza will pass through Egyptian border control and then drive right into the arms of waiting Israeli soldiers.

For context, Jordan and Egypt both have entry points for anyone going to Gaza and the West Bank. But those entry points are manned by Jordanian and Egyptian troops on one side and Israeli troops on the other side.
let's go down some rabit hole, shall we?

were you aware that Rafah was an Egyptian city that was divided into two, to avoid the Israelis control of boarder with Gaza after the 1982 treaties with Egypt which saw Israel withdrawal from mount Sinai?

The Oslo Accords of 1993 and 1995, signed between Israel PLO, paved the way for the creation of the Palestinian Authority (PA), which accordingly was granted limited self-governance of the Gaza Strip and the westbank. which gave them control.

However, in January 2001, Israel seized full control of the crossing in the wake of the second Palestinian Intifada..

On 15 November 2005, Israel and the PA signed the AMA agreement for joint control of the crossing

in 2006 Hamas won the election and later that year, Hamas-led an incursion into the Karem Abu Salem crossing killed two Israeli soldiers and captured another, Gilad Shalit. which led to Israel taking back control

in 2008 Hamas destroyed the Egyptian walls that saw almost half the population of Gaza entring Egypt... Egypt then had a favourable stand with Gazan's and allowed them... were you aware that their Ideaologies attempted to overthrow the government of Egypt?

Are you aware that when Jordan let in the people of westbank they also tried to overthrow the King of Jordan?

Same people same outcome irrespective of where they go

Israel built and controlled the border with Egypt over several years. Then in the late 2000s, Egypt took control of the border on the condition that it will only allow people and not goods to cross into Gaza. During that time, US and Israel also funded the expansion of the previously existing fence and buffer zone across the border with Egypt.

In 2022/23, Israel took control of the border once again and has kept it shut ever since. Israel is not allowing Palestinians to leave or enter through that border anymore and is not allowing aid to come in either.
lol na how you dey reason dey burst my head.....

you mean a survering country could not open another border with Gaza lol take Nigeria for example we have multiple entry point to Niger republic why didn't egypt open another exit? why is Jordan entry point to webank closed but has open boarder with Israel?

A good shot of the collapsed entrances to the underground complex at the Kermanshah base in western Iran.

It is worth paying attention to the topography, which is a significant factor in the construction of many underground complexes in the vastness of Iran. It is impossible to collapse such a tunnel with a long-range strike from the west (Israel), since the entrance is covered from the west by a huge rock. From the east, the entrance is also well covered.

Such a blow could only have been achieved by a precise blow from the opposite side.

Freedom of action in the air of Iran.

(Middle Eastern Buka)
my theory:

1. most likely an F-35 flew at low altitude engaged, and flew through low altitude out of Iranian air to avoid radar detection which will make it a target for ground troops with any SAMS to attack or

2. truly Israel have taken over the iranian air space.
