Guys am tru with my documentation. For those who don't have their documents ready. U will be given till friday so don't stress urself and for the notery, there is a notery guy around that would do it for u for a fee. All is well.

The time given to get surety and gaurantors is just too short.the surety I could get has no passport. I just taya for this parol. Is it a MUST we present all these tomorrow?

easy4beno: I can't say about that thou but however page2 is way more important than page 1 cos that's why u sign and date.
I believe u understand what I mean.

1. U need to print out pages 1-9 and make copies for yourself
2. U would sign and date page2 then rescan pages 1&2 to and send to hr@unionbank.org to show your acceptance of offer.
3. U would be needing 2guanrantors with id card and complimentary card,1surety with copy of international passport data page and 3references just as stated in the offer letter

These requirements are just too much within a short space of time, how do we cope for those of us not staying in lagos. Pls I need clarifications on what is actually needed for documentation on 7th though it says we should come along with all our original credentials which I have. But seriously I can't get my surety and garantor form ready for 7th as I am far from lag. Pls I need clarifications if this would affect the documentation.

yes,you scan and send a signed offer letter.

graduatehelpers: Yea,just as I said earlier,congratulations to those going into TS by 9th it really going to be stressful especially if you don't recide in Lagos but its very interesting,and u get ur pay after every 3weeks,or 2weeks depending,get set for e-learning programs and a whole lot of things that won't just leave you the same way you were,but please be careful not to make any mistake in your documentation cos it could mar all that you have worked for. and for those that have done their medicals and haven't been called just relax yourself,its batches,like ours was for 3diff batches so when the other batch is rounding up then they begin to call for the next,so just keep believing and just be strong in doing so,don't let anything make you feel bad or left alone Kk,ciao

what are those things that would be actualy needed for documentation on the 7th? Fabulousman: yes! Bt, i dnt think we hv to get it all at once b4 documentatn considering d short notice. Make sure u hv atleast a surety and guarantor b4 coming. Also, dnt 4get to accept the offer b4 ur 48hrs runs out!

I have accepted the offer, I am not in lagos now and those to sign as my gaurantors and surty are in lagos which means I will have to travel to lagos tomorrow which is a whole day journey. I did my medicals at divine 28th in the morning and I got my letter yesterday night.

I did mine at divine too on the 28th and my letter came in yesterday evening. The requirments are so much within a short while. Do we need to bring in all thoses forms wen coming for documentation on saturday

I guess those with offer letter should get busy with getting guarantors and pls find it quick in getting ur resignation letter ready....ASAP

Within 1 hour i received a text concerning another job i have been pursuing to send my poster address and email so that documentation form can be sent to me to fill and mail back. This is God at work. In fact i lost my sleep. Now i am confused on which to go for. Pls guys, is it possible for me to pull out of union bank training should d second offer materialize?

you have a bond of 2M for two years with the bank to be signed, so it will be difficult for u to leave except in two years time.

The crazy thing here is that u have to source for accomodation on ur own during the TS and I don't know how I'll cope cos I don't know anywhere near ikeja.

Do u knw that 2009/2010 set were offer same 2.5M p.a? Its been a whil and i won't be suprised if we get an offer 3.1M p.a. That wil sweeten the offer sha. Lets wait and c wat we wil get!

if it has been reviewed to 3.1M, what do u think the monthly take home would be after all deductions has been made?

sleekcm: To clear up some things -

1. UBN pay 2.5/p.a (160k approx/month) wrt last year recruitment.
2. The offer letters will likely start dropping from Monday, 2 Sept.
3. You'll need to provide 3 referees, 2 guarantors and a surety. Your refs could also be ur guarantors and surety.
4.There's no accommodation at TS.
5. Posting is mostly withing ur region and close to ur address most times. U get 98K relocation money if u r sent to a different state as ur state of residence.
6. Posting is mostly random. About 80% of people sent to Marketing are ladies.

That'll do for now.

As regards the pay, what I also heard was 2.5 P.a from this forum and the person said it was from a reliable source. I will also need solid info on this.

2. Am hoping by 4th Sept. Following last year recruitmt, TS startd 11 days after offer leta came, and dat wld b 16th Sept.
3. Yes bt rare! Do u hv any serious medical condition dat may affect ur performance at work? If non, den relax ok!

Fabulousman: I think the Training School wil be in Lagos. 1stly, if the venue at marina can take up to 126 people, that would mean an average of 42 persons from Lag, Abj and Ph.
2ndly, on 27th dat i did my medicals, we were nt more than 13, 15 at most, and yesterday were not more than 20 i.e abt 35 people per region. Hence 35x3=102 the venue wil stil nid abt 24 ppple. Am jst saying oh! So, u c, the venue got to be in lagos for this batch.

who haven't been called yet, you can c that there is no way UBN wil take just 126 pple 4 a whole year! So, i strongly believe there MUST B ANOTHER BATCH! If they had called only Lagos batch now i could say they r done wit Lag and no hopes 4 Lag peeps anymore. Bt, they calld all 3 region at d same time. So, it cld be that they groupd it based on performance. And YOU ARE NEXT cos there wil b anoda batch in JESUS NAME!
So, jst relax, be expectant and keep the hopes alife! God has blessed us already! I love u all!

you seem to have some info about all these. Pls I would need some clarifications. (1)is there any posibility we could be recruited as marketers? (2)what time will it take to call for TS after the medicals? (3)is it possible for one to be called for medicals and not called for TS?

I don't think FSLC will be requied during documrntation at UBN am aonly sure of federal govt jobs.

UBN didnt promise there will be another batch (they jes gave a skeletal response)cz i put a call tru too. Jes dnt wanna give myself unnecesry anxiety. When UBN calls, if am available, fyn; if God don port me go another coy b4 then, great!

The medicals went well but doubts are about the pay in union bank. Does anybody have any idea? Those not called for medicals should not bother cos the right time will always be ur time. GOD help us all. Expecting infor about the pay. Anybody pls

We are in a country where nothing works, exam we wrote since last year and this is july, we are still asking to know what is going on. HABA!!! Only GOD will save us from this situation!

Pls does anybody know if one can check the list @ FCSC office abuja because not all the PTA teachers were posted to their schools they have been teaching.
