Please anybody with idea on how to place Google ads or bing ads should show me

For you to be able to successfully place an ad in Google AdWords, the destination and display URL must be on the same domian name. Meaning, you can't directly placed your clickbank links on AdWords. You'll have to get domain and also use redirection tools or create a landing page.

If you're certain about having funds in your bing account, contact bing CC. How did you fund your bing account? Paypal?

That exchanger scammed you, members ID starts from different digits while account starts from different digits. How man an exchanger make such mistakes? What is the name of the exchanger and pls don't pm me if you can't type it here.

Your points are valid. Op, request a screenshot of the $1k sent to the supposed member ID from your exchanger. Personally, I think your exchanger is dancing with your $1k.
