At least jesus condemned divorce but did he condemn tithe ? He would not have hesistated to condemn tithe if it were wrong but Jesus rather endorsed it . There is never a place where God condemned Tithe . As long as we have high priest we must tithe . Jesus is our present high priest

Jesus did not condemn it, he only said it was not like that from the beginning but Moses told them to divorce because their hearts were hardened. Note, Jesus did not say Moses made an error neither did he say the followers of this law did an error.

Jesus clearly endorsed tithing here

Matthew 23:23 (TLB)
"Yes, woe upon you, Pharisees, and you other religious leaders--hypocrites! For you tithe down to the last mint leaf in your garden, but ignore the important things--justice and mercy and faith. Yes, you should tithe, but you shouldn't leave the more important things undone.

Tithes and offetings are principled in the kingdom of God. It has always been there before the law came . Right from the days of Abraham it has come to stay . Just like other principles like worship , prayer , alms , fasting etc . Testaments don’t change principles

John 8:7 When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her."

Your point is equal to saying that Jesus supported death by stoning so long as the executors are without sin.

NOTE: Jesus did not come to abolish the law but to fulfil it, the law is fulfilled and complete by Jesus and grace is here to stay, no one can be saved by the law.

Tithing was a law at that time and Jesus said woe to them for keeping the law of tithing beyond requirement by paying tithes on things not required by law but leaving the most important part of the law.

Matthew 19:8 Jesus replied, "Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning.

Your point is equal to saying Jesus did not condemn but supported divorce in the above verse.
