Trust me, if that guy is 11mths Old, he is way too young. It just like a male child can produce sperm @ about 13years o age or even less, but that doesn't push him to set cos it will affect Growth and some others.
In S.A, you are not allowed to use a male until about minimum of 15months. Law states that both parties(Sire and Dam) should be about 2years before they produce. That the Condition if you want you pups registered/tattooed. If not, you will have to sell as non-registered irrespective of how good they are.


My advice: From experience, please allow him to rest till about 15months. I have used a male @ about 11month before, his hood wa not that developed. After he locks, it pulls out and he finally died! YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR OWN OPNION!
