If there were never allies, why is he then sending Tompolo to beg Jonathan not to contest? Why has Festus Keyamo, Bayo Onanuga and Co turned themselves into emergency legal advisers of Jonathan trying to talk him out of contesting? Southern Kaduna case is not disgruntled loser from election. Benue and plateau also. They are predominantly Christian farmers facing genocide along religious line. No specific tribes within those states is the target but voiceless and institutionally persecuted Christians.
