I once had such an experience with a lady too sometime ago. Was chilling in my sister's shop wen dis beautify lady walked into to the shop and greeted us and said madam pls can I talk to u, my sister walked to her and she told my sister she just pooed on herself dat my sister shld pls help her. My sister house was far from d shop but twas mine dat was close, my sister quickly removed one of her wrapper and gave it to her and came to explain to me. So I took her home and she washed up, luckily foe her my babe left some clothes so I told her to check the one dat will fit to size, she washed her clothes and left. She came d nxt day to pick her cloths, she said she had exams to write, dat was actually d reason she wanted to manage d situation but the thing over her.
