Stamford bridge is small sha. Even me that was watching on tv was feeling congested cuz we couldn't really spread the ball, how much more the players?
On to the next game and I hope the coach preps Dembele for the 2nd leg. be telling yourself that one and yet chelsea players were spreading passes all over the pitch |

sebod: Nihilist is just wasting his time, once ibime dislikes a player/person, he gets blamed even for an error committed by a keeper
Fab might be slow, lethargic and lazy, but was definitely not to be blamed for that goal. Azpi, with all his experience shouldn't have gone for a slide with a very skilful iniesta heading his way after Chris has made a woeful error already. am telling you some people just enjoy the blame game and get so emotional with it. anyway even if fab, pedro, bakayoko, luiz and all the rest at fault must go, that is still far in the summer. it's not like replacements are everywhere sef it's time for you guys to move on, united has a game tonight and must be repaid double for all their noise yesterday. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by jamescross: 1:17pm On Feb 21, 2018 |
Nihilist: fab has to stay put to blockk Messi's run into the box, as Rudiger is the one marking Suarez who is actually goal side of our man, and Christensen who is supposed to be central is the one pinging foolish passes from the byline.
Which means Fab can't drift positionally, as 2 of our 3 cbs are completely out of position. If Azpi doesn't dive in, Fab is in a good position to cover Chris.
When Azpi removes himself from the board, Fab is forced to run into his space to try and cover him, but it's too little too late.
I really can't blame Fab for anything here. Sure, he probably could have done better, but nothing he did actually put us in danger...
Chris and Azpi on the other hand though... actually this is correct , i might be too harsh blaming fab for not cleaning chris's youthful mistake why did cesar panic cesar f'ed up there big time gosh, not the kind of error he ever makes the spirit of confusion entered them simpletyger take note |

Nihilist: I wonder if you people watch ball in full understanding
You want fab to go and trap ball inside his box under pressure from 2 strikers...to pass the ball to Rudiger who is practically stood hand in hand with Suarez...
And then you say 'Looking at it Critically'
Na wa o let's agree chris is at fault my question to you is > what should chris have done instead of that pass? how would that option prevent a quick counter attack? |

Ibime: There is nothing unusual with passing the ball across your 18. Modern defenders do it all the time. You can see the sloth Fabregas open for the ball and looking at Chris. All his body language here says to Chris gimme the ball. There ain't really a fücking thing wrong with this pass Chris plays, only very slightly away from Fabregas body which he has enough time to react to.
The moment a ball is played, you have few milliseconds to adjust your body to get to the pass. The sloth could not move himself.
https://j.gifs.com/mQ0pwn.gif it's really sad fab made that moment and it counted. just pray he doesnt make such silly assumptions in the next leg that would cost the team that is if he takes responsibility for that mistake as a matured player. |
