Permit me to add an opinion.
Whenever i go to other fora where programming is the subject of discussion, i hardly ever see the people there whining about "Level playing field" and such the likes. they just go out and do what they do best. They Write programs. If they are good they will be noticed and snapped up. you dont hear thae griping about other people thinking that they are "not smart". An example. I know this guy that was here working(jamaica). Some white consultants came to work on a project and saw the guy in action. He was hired to their US firm within a month.

this is a thread for people that are extremely cheap that they will wait until midnight to make calls. If i was a woman and a guy that was courting me said i had to wait until midnight b4 we could talk, i would laff him to scorn. being a cheapo is not the way to go. 1N/min but you cant get through because the system cannot sustain the traffic.

Even the promotion is a marketing survey tool. Its design to calculate the demand for such a service at a discounted rate, and then they might package it as part of a user plan, selling you more inconvenience in the name of savings.
