Almost every goods happened via internet so they are online, we are talking of when u have choice to buy same item online and offline.

As in she wants to buy infinix phone at 53 naira and because aliexpress or Amazon and etc sold same item 50 naira, u want her to buy online for what, is that not madness, even the shipping fee and waybill will later make it expensive, if u are buy wholesale online, that's different because for sure, warranty and other return policy will be involved, but if u are buy retail on something that is available all over Nigeria and u want me to buy it online that is madness, unless its not available or supper supper cheap plus time.

Amazon will not be rich just because of retail items its probably because of wholesale.....

U must add Jumia and konga even Jiji they are all online, the purpose of online is for u to reach things u can't get easily from ur point of location that is why we have Internet, but my dear if ur item spoil, calculate the time it will take to send it back, time of repair, and time return

Around 2014 I bought gionee m3 and I took it home, d owner wanted to test it for me I told dem no, when I reached home I observed that one of the volume key is not working, I took it back and they changed it for me, that was even a very local store,

I bought charger this year from Jumia, free shipping when I got the charger was bad, even d cable was bad, I requested for return of fund, it was carried out but due to time and frustration I cancelled d whole thing,

I bought Gionee product Jumia last year, when I tried to work of the phone, at gionee office, they said they won't repair it that it was online product,

Der are much much risk involved in buying online, just say buy from AliEpress is safer than others, but I prefer buying from shops test my product before going home with it,

online market has more and more success than any local store. even yr local shops buy goods cheap from online and then sell it for expensive price.

do u know how much alibaba and amazon make a day? jack ma the founder of alibaba is the richest man in china. jeff bezos the founder of amazon is the second richest man on earth. just tell me any local shop owner whos as rich as those men.

if Nigeria had supported online buying of goods, the founder of jumia and konga would have been richer than dangote by now.

for yr gionee that they refused to repair, u should know u are living in a third world country where no one supports online business.

as far as am concerned, i prefer online shopping. aliexpress and other foreign stores. i dont know about jumia and konga

God bless you. This is my 4th infinix zero phone. The zero 1$2 i got it from jumiaonline shop n it lasted fr 2 2 years without having problem. I never knew the guy i sent money to will help me buy from pointek. It is just a shame cause i am giving smeone that phone to help me take it to infinix office.

Please let this serve as a lesson to u. Never u buy any thing electronic from physical shops again. Online is better

i dont use dhl. i use free shipping. i prefer to patiently wait for my quality product am buying to come than to run to local shop and later get disrespect. free shipping takes 11 days to arrive lagos and 14 to 17 days to arrive far states

when they tell u people that odering online from aliexpress far away china is better than all these naija shops, u will say nooooo. if that case were to be aliexpress, u will get yr full refund back and they will even leave the phone with u. Nigerians open yr eyes... infact sef aliexpress phones cannot be faulty sef thats the fact.

I have dished naija local shops... i nor fit shout. immediately u give them cash like this, even if u never leave the shop and then u observe small issue for watin u buy, nobody go answer u again.

i wish its even possible to be buying my food stuffs from online, i would have so much prefered it

There is an association of Nigerian students in Germany called (Nigerian Scholars in Germany) or NISIG you can connect with them on facebook before leaving. Also some schools organize a buddy program where you're paired with a Nigerian/African schooling there that will help show you around the school and environment...
Note: this is for Germany I don't know of other countries you can find out
