But then, I've got no use for the monitor without the CPU, hence the reason I added it as a bonus.

Nonetheless, you can buy a monitor that supports both HDMI and VGA. Last time I checked, a monitor of 22 inches (that has both HDMI and VGA) is between 20k to 25k in the market.
