Please house needs help, I have employment letters, confirmation letters and all promotion letters. the issue is cant approach the boss for letter for this journey. how can one deal with this letter of introduction?

can a colleague help out put his detail for reference?

If it's optional, what advantage is one missing not putting it and how can one mention coming back to the company in the sop if one cant provide an introduction letter from the same company
