If you smoke...stop it.

Quit alcohol for now.

Make friends with the academically influential students in your class and learn from their reading habit.

Control your diet...eat protein rich food.

Go to class regularly and try to jot down notes.

Free ladies and flexing for now.

Join a book/reading club in your dept...no shame oo.

Lastly believe in GOD and pray always to him to help.

Read and leave the rest to GOD.

It could be psychological yet could be spiritual. U should see a shrink and also pray

Hey People, I have to go straight to the point, I am a 200L student of a university in south-west Nigeria currently studing Industrial Physics. During my secondary school days I was among the best students in my set but All of a Sudden When I entered the University, It became like My Brain was blocked, I had to read and re-read some things before I understand a single concept and It's really taking a Toll on my GP.. Am currently considering dropping out of school to go and sort myself out. Please does anyone know the cause of my problems and Possiblr solutions. I know this isn't the right section but There's a wider audience here. Pls Lalasticlala you can move this to the appropriate section after some time
