It has been made abiding law by the Airports Authorities that products with batteries are not allowed anymore but this only apply to China route and express freight option.However using the Normal freight option is free from those complications.
It's advisable you wait for it arrival.

You should take out time to read my post where I typed, "if product get to us on Sunday, Wednesday, you can pick up." I'd humbly plead you understand my posts for we can't ship what we don't have. Our ETA starts counting when we receive your product.

I'm sorry but you can't be issued a refund. I made it clear to you that when your product arrives, it's when it will be freighted. If you need the tracking details, kindly request for it. We can't dispatch a product if a vendor site/vendor doesn't deliver to any of our international offices.

Although this isn't something I should address, but first, the phone was for your girlfriend, now it's for a client you've refunded.
