1. This phones speaker isn't loud at all. I av missed a lot of calls because of this.
2. Since I set my lock to pin. The flip cover no longer locks it until i change it to slide first. some pple also complained of this on this thread.
3. They promised us OTA update but everytime i check for update it always say that my version is the latest even though there is android 4.4.4 and 5.0

Is there a way to fix this especially the first 1. Also is there by the slightest chance a way to change font without root. I don't want to root this phone.
