First time mine pulled it was from the nut side. There was no pin on the nut so the thing loosened. Second time it pulled from the socket.

If you are sure it's the ball joint, most likely you are buying fake China ball joints or the hole for the ball joint in your knuckle has become slack

Buy a tokunbo knuckle with the ball joint alone on it, make sure it's a direct tokunbo & replace

Anyways to answer your question, camry cannot have a better fuel economy than corrola. Camry carries a bigger engine than corrola hence it will consume more fuel.
However, camry still has good fuel economy (if it's not a V6 engine), if it's a normal 4plugs, Toyota is reliable and easy to maintain..

I will highlight a few things.

1.)During the IBB and even Abacha regime we didn't have insecurity issues ravaging the country.
2.) we didn't have this level of poverty in the country, life was way better. N1,000 could probably get u a brand new car
3.)Naira - Dollar exchange rate: The Naira was at some point stronger than the dollar (N0.90 - N17.30)
4.) Fuel Prices was also very, very cheap (N0.80k- N5 per litre)

These are just a few to mention, if u research
u will know better.
