He told me that the amount going for this stream 1 is small compared to stream 2 that stream 2 are much and the budget or funds is not enuf to cater for all of us..dat if the gov approve the budget dat we will all be going Jan...buh the truth is Jan is not certain yet until Gov approved the budget for stream 2 cos we are much...stream 1 are just Lucky... so let's pray God intervene till Jan o..
