Hw much is the asokoro going for and is the place extension or asokoro main?

Would like to know if the land owners will be interested n releasing their land as their contribution to the project. We're not looking at buying the land.

It has no C/O yet. Its jst a bare land that the perimeter survey nds to be processed. The 45m ur paying wd be for the survey and the money for the 200plots that wd be alloted to you from the large chunk of land. The land already has a gazette. U can do ur search on dat.

Am interested in a landed property with a good title for development.
