Well, in reality, I don't think Diego and paloma are suffering, I think they simply don't wana tell themselves the truth. I think the producers are dragging some scenes too long. When Diego is ready, Paloma wouldn't. From the Rumors I heard, Paloma might be included in that last will, or better the real blood of the SanChesarano. Think of it, why would Diego, and Fabian want a son badly, if he was a direct blood. They might be all adopted children, I mean Fabian and Diego's Father.
