What's the first three digits of your visa card? cuz the cards beginning with 47065 can work with Paypal and any other web payment.

As far as you can remeber the ATM pin then you can change the ipin. Where you able to check your balance with the card? Have you ever used that card on ATM machine to withdraw?

yes use it severaly for withdrawals.

Is actually not everybody that works in an organization that knows what goes around the company. Call their first contact and tell them you want to activate your visa card for online transaction. Meanwhile be sure you have changed both the ipin and ATM pin and when you are done, try checking your balance and if you are unable to check your account balance with the card then you won't be able to use it unless you change the 2pins.

Which bank visa is not acceptable on paypal? And which bank told you the paypal link is not avilable because if is first bank then is not true because first bank is the only bank in Nigeria that is in partnership with paypal and all their cards are acceptable without issues except verve. What error are you getting while trying to use it.

well since I got the card, I was unable to use it on any site... Although for PayPal I think it might not be their fault, this is the message I get... Sorry the PayPal account link is not available at this time.." I'll send shots next time I try.

Any way I really dnt like master card and their stiff policy, most site tend to filter (reject) master card issued by naija banks. Visa is generally more accepted say 75/100%

I guess you have not used master card before cos visa are the ones with stiff policies which makes them more popular. I think mc is easier to use my opinion tho.

Even tho not hundred percent, I'm pretty sure Stanbic has only verve and Mastercard. Dat was all i saw in their newspaper advert. And Zenith, no idea.
Personally, i want to visit a Stanbic bank today or tomorrow. They are a smaller bank compared to Zenith. in terms of popularity anyways. So i believe they have a lower chance of playing Nairabet with ur money. lol.



14 naira per 1 dollar is quite ridiculous. Diamond bank yesterday was back to 204.08 never tried paypal on it tho.

Please let me confirm something, stanbic and zenith cards is it visa or master cards I'm still confused about the two banks... I'm looking at consistency not a one chance bank like access
