Congratulations to those who made it to Kwasu. To those who are yet to see their names, exercise some patience as more lists shall be uploaded. If you know you meet up with the cut-off mark, kindly use the right connection before it will be too late.

Thank God my candidates' names were among the admission list.

The first batch admission list shall be for the Jambites and it will be uploaded on the school website very soon.

Direct Entry applicants should exercise some patience as the next list shall be for the DE.

Though, the National Universities Commission ordered Kwara State University to admit 1000 students for this year admission but I am very sure that Kwasu will admit more than 1000 students by adding few names to the NUC quota.
My advise to you all is to seek for God's favour.

To all the prospective students of the university, please be very careful with all these people (fraudsters) who call themselves Admission officer, Registrar, HOD and some other useless names asking you to pay some amount of money for admission.

Be cognizant of this fraudulent way on kwasu thread and don't fall into their hands.

The resumption date for the freshers commences as soon as the admission list is out.

I don't say you won't gain admission with your post utme score. There are lots of people who scored more than average last year but they are denied to gain the admission.
What I am saying in essence is that you should have a strong link to process the admission for you if truly you want your name to be among the admission list this year.

If you use the right connection, you will be admitted.

The latest info now is that the verification of each candidate's results ( O'level, A level, ND, post utme score e.t.c ) is going on before the names can be collated for the admission list. The school want to be sure if one truly has the full qualification for his or her chosen course.

To all who meet up with the post utme score, please pray fervently because those who have 40% and above are more than the quota NUC gave to kwara state university. If you know you have any connection, kindly use it now before it will be too late.

Am an indigene from irepodun LGA, I choose Kwasu as second choice, computer science and I scored 202 in jamb, please what are my chances, and I don't have long legs in the school, if you can help me out with the connections.

@ Yungmilio2, you have a greater advantage over the non-indigene. Moreover, prepare very well for the post utme so that you can have a good score more than others. Having more than average of the post jamb score will prompt me to help you for the admission.

Yes, the form is out and it closes on the 26th of this month. The minimum cut off mark is 180.
Get yours at the rate of N1,500.

Jamb has finally reduced the cut-off mark for all universities to 180 while all polytechnics to 150.
If you know you score 180 and above in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, kindly proceed to fill the Kwara State University post UTME.

@Bjkhaleed, you may obtain the form as long as kwasu invites all prospective students that chose the school as either first choice or second choice. So far the school has not announced the jamb cut off mark for each department.
I think they might want to do some calculations for both jamb and post jamb before the cutoff mark for each department can be announced.

It might also be an interactive session where you will be asked to talk about the course you intend to study.

Kwara State University Post-UTME is on sale now and the exercise commences from 26th June to 29th June, 2013. The Application form cost N1,500.

This is to inform all prospective students of Kwara State University who made the university their first or second choice institution in the 2013 UTME that the post-UTME screening test for the 2013/2014 admission exercise will commence from Wednesday 26th to Saturday 29th June, 2013. The Application form cost N1,500.

No one knows the fate of the Post utme now. I think the school will soon announce the date of the exams to all the applicants.
Just exercise some patience.

Any Direct Entry student who has not filled his or her DE form may choose Kwara State University, Ilorin. Admission at KWASU is less-competitive as compared to all these Federal Universities and the new session start in August.
