HOW TO REMOVE THE CUP AFTER USE

1)Sit on your toilet seat and make sure your legs are apart or you can squat if that's ok by you

2)Insert your thumb and index finger and locate the stem of the cup and pull out gently

3) Empty the cup and wash thoroughly with warm water...if you are are in a public place and you don't have access to water to wash it, use toilet paper to clean the cup thoroughly

It is insertion like tampon.. exactly the way you said it...the cup will be trapped in the vagina and hold the blood till she is ready to remove it...if she has heavy flow she will use L but if her flow is light she will use S size
