@ babaj, i can bet that you knew the phone had a faulty charging point, cos i remembered very well that the first day i called you, you said you had alreeady left the house to work and you forgot the charger @ home, now that first day you and my causin couldn't meet cos of his tight schedules and the following day as early as possible i called you to try and come out with the charger which you agreed that you'll come out with it. to my greatest surprise later that night my causin told me that he had collected the phone from you and paid cash, and you still did not give him the charger of which he bought another charger and found out that the phone was not charging, he called you and you promised seeing him the next day of which you didn't, i called you with a number you're not familiar with, you picked and promised to link my causin with your engineer, since that friday till yesterday the engineer has been turning my causin just like that, even today the guy has been refusing to pick my causin's calls. the worst of it is that i explained to babaj how urgent i needed this phone.

@ babaj, ur so-called engineer has been turning us around since friday last week, and u urself have refused to pick my calls or even that of my causin. and even the whole of today u guys have not said anything about the phone, i repeat this is very very unfair. it's good you specify faults of Phones when sampling them here on the forum. please kindly call your engineer so you guys can do something about that phone asap. i can't buy a phone for that price and still spend cash to repair it, but if you still refuse to do anything about it then no probs.

Attn Babaj, i'm not happy with you at all, you sold a faulty N97 to me at very rediculous price. and after i discovered the fault, I called and explained to you and you agreed making the repairs at your own expense. Now since yesterday you've refused picking my calls, this is very unfair, i've had deals on Nairaland with persons like Initialize, Gadgetdeal, dejistic and asmond1, of which i've never had any problems with them, please please try and call me so we could settle this issue, don't forget the world is very small, we might still meet again, hoping to hear from you soonest.

what if u had a loss, who bears the concequence cos i've been into this before and at the end of the day the guy burnt down my account and switched of his phone. so tell me who bears the loss if there is any, and what if you don't meet up you said 20% profit what happens??
