This burnt faced idiot fell off so bad that he's forcing himself into every media conversation to be relevant, majority of his colleagues in the industry who started the same time with him are still relevant in their craft, minding their business and selling out tickets irrespective of their political affiliations, while this dindinrin is dancing for a failed government all over the place. And the ugly thing didn't even find a Yoruba woman worthy enough to marry with all his subtle bigotry.

Meanwhile I love how Obi is the standard now, the man isn't in power yet he's more popular than the so called president, that tells you everything you need to know.

Interesting how there small but ruthless tribes in the Middle belt that the fulani bandits won't dare mess with. Anyone who has heard about the Bachama, Eggons, Gwongs and Gbagyi will know that those ones don't joke with their lands, if fulani kills 5 of their people, 20 fulanis will repay the debt with their lives. These are the tribes that are small in population but have learned how to survive ethnic cleansing attempts by being ruthless.

It seems the Fulanis have picked on the more disunited tribes like Tiv, Aromas, Irigwes etc for selective annihilation and conquest of land. Ultimately, the so called big "3s" Hausas, Yorubas and Igbos have failed to curb the fulani menace due to lack of unity among themselves...the Hausas are even the worse, a very dominant people and language that got easily conquered and immersed into a smaller fulani tribe.

Wilfred Ndidi is always underated.
That the eyes of many will see the work Wilfred Ndidi does.

Ndidi normally records the highest in duels won on both sides in most of our matches.
He used his signature octopus to win back the ball in our recent match against Zimbabwe.
Ndidi is the most overrated player to ever wear the national jersey, I'm yet to see the hype you guys see in the guy, yes he wins his fair share of duels but that's where it ends- modern DMs have to give more than just winning the odd duels here and there...Ndidi can't progress the ball, can't shoot, his pass stats are average and his ball retention skills are average at best.

I see a player like Uche Chrisantus and even Hamzat Ojediran and I believe we've found our gems in these guys if even a chance.

Am in full support of state policing.
The present policing setting in Nigeria is wrong and messed up. The Commissioner must report and wait for the IG to give order before acting and the number of tables the report will pass before reaching the IG is close to 5.
State police will end that rubbish and emergency situation can be solved in less then 30 minutes.

There’s something deeply rotten and disturbingly twisted about this lopsided, parasitic agenda. If the grand plan is to chip away at the eastern fringes as a prelude to an invasion—then let it be known: that strategy is doomed before it even begins. Dead on arrival.

The Enugu-Nsukka axis must rise—feral, unrelenting, and unforgiving. A savage, organized vigilante force must be forged and when these herdsmen dare cross the line—let them be obliterated. No mercy. No retreat. Straight to hell.

Watch how weak, docile, paralyzed and dead the Nigerian security appears to be , tufiakwa. When it comes to shooting the innocent, then you will realize that their existence.
There's a reason this fulani animals don't dare do their cowardly hit and run attacks in Abia and Anambra states..cause these states despite their flaws have a very effective homeland security system that sees to it that such invasions never touch base before it even takes off.

The Nsukka/Benue axis right now is our biggest worry and our boundary communities are at the mercy of those vicious Fulani bandits who are on a land grabbing rampage, it's the same fate Ondo is suffering in their border communities with Kogi and Edo states.

We need a ruthless vigilante guard outfit/border patrol unit all manned by indigenes with all the logistics needed to man those borders; including deploying aerial surveillance equipments like drones (which are affordable in the black market that one or two wealthy persons can fund). The problem with Igbo and Nigerian leaders in general is fucking lack of imagination and laziness. Our security forces are thinly manned and over-stretched. Right now bandits have seized territories across the North and now run quasi-parallel governments. The Plateau state governor raised an alarm yesterday that over 60 or so communities have been annexed by ruthless bandits, our security forces are helpless- I'm not a fan of Nigerian soldiers but those guys are trying I won't lie...a colleague of mine in the army confided in me on the near hopeless situations they are made to operate in and confessed to me that so many Nigerian soldiers have died in the past few months and manpower is beginning to
suffer. The NDA are on a desperate recruitment drive now, people don't realize the depth of how truly bleeped we are. State Police is long overdue. Let the indigenes nationwide sort out their security defence plans and start manning their borders/forests ASAP CAUSE IT WILL GET WORSE.

LegendHero:
State police will not put an end to it until the Federal government declare first ban open grazing totally and declare any herder moving cows as terrorist to be deal with on sight.

Even within the police force today, most of the people within each state constitute more of indigenes. The killers don’t move cows alone, the purposely go after people to kill them and sow fear so the herders can have free space to graze as they like.

So police will only be catching wind if you still allow the Fulani herders right to free movement.
Actually state policing if well regulated will put a stop or drastically reduce this fulani menace in our rural areas...and when I mean well regulated, I mean provisions within the confines of the law that have to be made for state governors and legislators to abide by so that one power-drunk governor or LG chairman won't wake up one morning and hijack the state police outfit for his own political ends.

The current security architecture in Nigeria is simply inadequate and thinly manned to provide security for the entire nation, even the DSS director acknowledged the inevitability of self defense at this point. So yeah we need State Police and the Tinubu government has to push the legislative assembly to sign that bill FAST, google fulani herdsmen right now and see the disturbing wave of killings these barbarians are causing nationwide...yesterday was Ondo tomorrow will be Benue, Edo, Enugu, Plateau etc, a well equipped State Police system will curb this madness. Let a Major General Obinna be in charge of security operations in the SE and not one Fulani man who has no ties or ethnic sympathy to the insecurity plights of an average Igbo.

The bigger and more baffling problem here( glaring and obvious as it is) is that we've overplayed the same crop of midfielders/players for the larger part of the last decade...and I'm talking about Ndidi and Iwobi as the anchors of our midfield! the real problem is that we relied on these two guys in that midfield that our coaching staffs and NFF have gotten so lazy and unwilling to try new ideas. The heart and soul of every functioning team lies in its midfield- and in Ndidi and Iwobi, we've failed to exist beyond the palpable limitations of these 2.

What happened to trying new midfielders? We have Daga, Ojediran, Uche, Anjorin and Anthony Dennis who should form the core of a new generation for us with the likes of Onyeka, Onyedika and Fisayo who are our latest midfield boys to provide the balance and experience. Ndidi is a done and dusted player while Iwobi is now a luxury player at best.

In attack, we overplayed the likes of Simon Moses and Chukwueze, heck even Lookman needs some real competition...Osimhen has been largely carrying that attack by himself thanks to his natural hustling and gritty mentality, the attacking outlets around him have been largely inconsistent...Boniface is neither here or there and is fast becoming another Jonathan Akpoborie (effective for club, and inconvenience for country). Lookman has his brillant moments but seems to have been found out by African teams who surely want to prove a point against one of Europe's best players...the less said about Chukwueze the better, and then we have Simon who works hard but has his fair share of low IQ moments.

Why not try other attacking dynamics in Ejuke, Orban, Tella, Akpom, Akor Adams, Ariehi Kparobo, Durosinmi etc

In defence Ekong is too slow, father time came too early for him. We have Igoh Ogbu, Osuji, Benjamin Federick, Ndah, Jordan Torunarigha and then try one or two best picks from the NPFL.

Goal-keeping definitely is begging for a Noah Atubolu, Maduka is back in good form and needs more time and chances, Arthur Okonkwo is doing well as well.

Full back position- Felix Agu is doing well, I don't fancy Osayi one bit...would rather try Bassey in the LB position cause I believe that's his natural position. Let Igoh Ogbu/Osuji be integrated into that center-back position and form the much needed chemistry. Zaidu is still a good utility player for his defensive abilities, and Aina needs an understudy/competition which Agu can provide.

We can try all these players at no risk when we play the unity game this June, a perfect window and mini-tournament to start rebuilding some chemistry among our fringe players and prepare for AFCON and world cup 2030 (I've given up on this one barring a miracle).

Osimhen should be given the captains armband as well
CrimeRe: On The Killing Of Hausa Hunters In Edo by Jerrymanta: 1:20am On Mar 31, 2025
Sadly Hasuas who are mostly very peaceful and very artisan by nature are now paying for the crimes of the Fulani who are mainly the bandits, terrorists and kidnappers ravaging the whole nation...you see why the Hausa/Fulani tag in the name of "one North" has done more disservice than good to the Hausas. Even the Hausas communities across the North have been ravaged by Fulani banditry with many displaced and killed.

For the Southerners know your enemies- the Hausas aren't your enemies but the Fulanis, it's very easy to tell both tribes from each other by their phenotypical features. The North has hundreds of tribes, not everybody from there is "Fulani" by default.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Jerrymanta: 7:22am On Mar 27, 2025
I won't completely give up yet even though that world cup hope is fast diminishing to a wishful dream. There's still a good chance FIFA will nick off 3 points from South Africa which will bring them down to 10 pts with them just 3 points ahead of us, but we will now have to win all our 4 games and go for it ruthlessly, the players must be ready to die on that pitch and make up for all the unacceptable disappointments they've subjected us to.

It's 6 months to the last round of games, and I'm aware Nigeria was invited to a 4 nation tournament hosted by England in this June friendly window, we are even facing Ghana. That tournament should definitely serve as the perfect foundation for Chelle to now invite HIS OWN SCOUTED players, and NFF shouldn't dare interfere in his team selections going forward, otherwise ogun go kpai all their family members. Enough is enough, let the coach and his backroom staff now use the European season to thoroughly scout for eligible Nigerian players doing well...the fringe players who are knocking on the door of first team football like Christiantus Uche, Ejuke, Gift Orban, Nathan Tella, Akor Adams, Akinsanmiro, Ojediran, Felix Agu, Anthony Dennis, Jordan Torunarigha, Igoh Ogbu, Daniel Daga, Chuba Akpom, Cyriel Dessers must now all be invited for that 4 nation tournament. We also need to see more of Tolu Arokodare cause I like what he offered in that Zimbabwe game- then a few mainstay regulars like Osimhen, (if he will be available and hopefully not injured), Onyeka, Onyedika, Bruno Onyemaechi, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Calvin Bassey, Maduka Okoye to test new ideas with experience...Enough of Chukwueze, Ndidi, Simon Moses, Ekong and Iwobi etc; we've seen it all with these players and half of them need to be phased out at this point.

Lastly, Osimhen has to be made Captain of the team, Ekong has tried but he's just not that guy anymore, father time has come for him. We need to go into those September games with all our BEST PLAYERS, not the Ndidi, Aribo, Chukwueze and Ekong story anymore, those ones can respectfully stay on the bench and provide experience from there. Let the young bloods led by Osimhen go to war against Rwanda and South Africa, that will be a game of guts, youth and glory and not old and tired legs.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Jerrymanta: 1:13am On Mar 26, 2025
Maybe, just maybe in a "what if" situation with the benefit of hindsight, the likes of Dessers, Ejuke, Christiantus Uche, Orban etc would have offered us more if they were given a chance in this qualifiers. The Lookman/Moses Simon stuff just hasn't worked with Osimhen, same as Boniface (though to be fair he never got a chance). Even Sadiq would have given us something different, who knows at this point? We were so afraid of dropping points that we failed to try anything new. Ghana called up and played several new players alongside the experienced ones and see how that turned out for them.

Even the Papa Daniel should have been given a chance in the second half when we were struggling with creativity in the first against Zimbabwe.. why then was Papa Daniel invited? he looks like a really decent attacking midfielder from his YouTube highlights, so not err on the side of caution if Osimhen was getting no service by bringing in more players early in the second half? Why was Bruno on the bench when he gives more attacking outlet than Osayi? Why was Ola Aina played out of his natural position? Why wasn't Chukwueze yanked off and maybe Boniface and Tolu brought on early and at the same time to support Osimhen? Why wasn't Onyeka who would have ran his socks off and supported a tired Ndidi invited? Why wasn't Onyedika played when he stabilizes the midfield better?

So many why's, and at this point it will never make sense why I even waste my mental health supporting this national team. Except for raw patriotism, I should never be this emotional distressed over a country has never given me any reasons to be patriotic.

Abeg congrats to all the serious countries that qualified, maybe I should just pick one small African country that will be making it's debut in USA/Canada and just support it. Nigeria won't be the death of my mental health under this useless APC administration. I refuse to be unhappy because of Nigeria

I know all these players and they exciting prospects, but what's the point of having all of them when there isn't a solid transition program that will integrate all these young players into the SE? like how long do we have to wait before taking a chance at the younger generation? We've been on the Ndidi, Iwobi, Ekong etc train for how many years with no discernable signs of a better trajectory for us with these players under different coaches, so why not try new tricks at this point? Why are we so afraid of taking chances in Nigeria rather than playing it "safe" all the time...

If we fail (and we most likely will) to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, it won't be hard to predict exactly what's going to happen in the future.

We'll most likely go ahead and employ another Grade C foreign coach who's going to be successful in qualifying us for the 2030 World Cup.

After we get knocked out in the Round of 16, we're going to tell him that we don't need him anymore and also tell him that the only reason he was able to qualify us for the World Cup was because of the plethora of "star players" that we have 😂. We won't remember that he saved us from our inability to qualify for two back-to-back World Cup editions. We won't remember that he qualified us with relative ease. It'll be a repeat of the Gernot Rohr situation but with more emphasis on World Cup qualification/performance.

After sacking the new Grade C foreign coach whilst still owing him a lot of money, we'll go on another unsuccessful spree of employing mediocre local coaches who do nothing impressive to improve themselves apart from waiting for the National Team job to fall on their laps.

This cycle will keep repeating itself. The fact is we don't deserve any better. We deserve exactly what we're going through right now. We are not ready for progress. You can disagree with me all you want but it's not gonna change anything (Zilch, Nada).

THE TRUTH IS INDEED BITTER, and we're in this position because some people (especially those in the media and NFF) have refused to embrace it for what it is.
I even doubt we will qualify for 2030 world cup sef...while other African teams including the minnows and dark horses are getting better in football, we seem to be stagnating...we don't have a good youth system anymore, at least back in the days we used to churn out several talents from our U17-U23 teams, now we are so bad at the youth level that we haven't been to am Olympic tournament in how many years now? Where will the next Osimhen, Mikel Obi, Chinedu Obasi etc come from?

It's not looking good for us my guy, maybe our women will make us happy a bit, but you see this Super Eagles under this NFF? forget it...it's not getting to get any better. I see the likes of Osimhen, Iwobi, Lookman etc actually taking a long break from international football or retiring to focus on their clubs at this point.

Una still dey speak "Turenchi" and big grammar, apart from Osimhen and Lookman, fact is none of these players are good enough...the majority of them are either washed/criminally inconsistent (Ekong, Simon Moses, Aribo, Ndidi, Chukwueze) or just club drifters at best- the players that give their all for club but chicken out for country when it matters.

As it stands now, we should just go for broke in our last remaining games by playing all our fringe players like Orban, Akpom, Uche, Ojediran, Akor Adams, Anjorin, Ejuke, Torunarigha etc, at least these fringe ones will have way more to play for if they deserve to replace some of this present crop of players. Osimhen shouldn't even bother honoring all call-up at this point- dude is 26 and the next time he might have another shot at a world cup will be 2030, and by then the smaller African teams will be getting better since many of them will have a taste of the world cup for the first time in their history with this expanded format.

If Nigeria doesn't get it acts together fast by sacking redundant and mediocre administrators like Eguavoen who is just there occupying space with no input, then we will be recycling mediocrity while other smaller nations overtake us in football.

My final thoughts- The coach and NFF should get rid of 60% of these present players and try our fringe players.

While this is obviously a great news for Anambra state, I'm not swooned by Oyel news anymore...gas is the present and the future, and the Anambra/Imo basin has that in abundance- natural gas deposits in that axis is projected as having the biggest deposits in Africa (which explains why government sponsored non-state actors became so active there lately).

The South East is in a very good place futuristically, abundance of oil and gas in that region could only signal a very promising future for Alaigbo if these resources are well managed and not usurped by fifth columnist brigands. What Igbos need now is a visionary leadership to harness all these great resources and potentials.

BREAKING: ISWAP Terrorists Release Gruesome Video Of Sect Members Executing Three Nigerian Soldiers In Yobe

The Islamic State-backed faction of Boko Haram, the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), formerly known as Jamā'at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da'wah wa'l-Jihād, has released a video showing the execution of three Nigerian soldiers.

In part of the video seen by SaharaReporters, the soldiers were shot dead by the insurgents with guns.

The incident, SaharaReporters learnt, occurred on March 15th, 2025 in Yobe State.

The soldiers were said to have been captured in Kamuya and Azare area of the state.

The video showed the three men kneeling in a field and introducing themselves as members of the Nigerian security forces before masked men in fatigues opened fire on them.
Since the death of JAS leader, Abubakar Shekau, ISWAP has been consolidating its grip in locations around Lake Chad.

The sect’s membership has swollen with the defection of hundreds of Boko Haram fighters under Shekau.

The Nigerian Army has repeatedly claimed that insurgency had been largely defeated and frequently underplays any losses.

The terror group has caused over 100,000 deaths and displaced millions of people mainly in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states.

Protest Erupts In Akure Over Killing Of Five Ondo Farmers By Suspected Herdsmen

March 19, 2025

This latest incident comes barely two weeks after gunmen reportedly killed at least 14 people in four neighboring communities —Ademekun, Aba Pastor, Aba Sunday, and Alajido — all within the same local government area.

Akure, the capital of Ondo State, was gripped by tension on Wednesday as farmers took to the streets to protest the alleged killing of five individuals by suspected herdsmen in the Aba Oyinbo community, located in Akure North Local Government Area.

According to reports, the assailants invaded the community in the early hours of Wednesday, opening fire on their victims.

This latest incident comes barely two weeks after gunmen reportedly killed at least 14 people in four neighboring communities —Ademekun, Aba Pastor, Aba Sunday, and Alajido — all within the same local government area.

The protest saw a large crowd of angry farmers marching to the Governor’s Office, chanting solidarity songs and demanding immediate action from Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to address the relentless attacks on farming communities.

One of the protesters, identified as Jonah, expressed frustration over the escalating violence, alleging that the attackers had infiltrated the state through neighboring Edo State.

“We are being slaughtered without anyone doing anything. Akure North is under siege. We are farmers, not criminals. We are appealing to the governor, the police, the army, and Amotekun to save us before more lives are lost,” Jonah said.

The protest prompted the deployment of security operatives to the scene to maintain order and prevent a breakdown of law and order.

As the situation unfolds, residents are calling on the state and Nigerian governments to take decisive action to end the violence and protect vulnerable communities in the region.
