In addition; houses , a room could go for 30k and nt far. It depends, bt anyhw it is, its trekable and atimes it might be up to 5-15mins walk o (to obakekere). Around apatapiti.
In futa junction, u may find normal rooms @ 20k/25k sef. Bt it may take u 15-20mins walk to futa south gate (obakekere) and if u wanna use cab, its N20 to or fro. N40 for to and fro. lolz.
So rooms in general 30k-50k (normally .)
If u want konkolo (very small room) room e.g 5-6ceilings for 20k also available. Lolz @apatapiti.
Self con available 60k-100k on a normal.
U can find some for 50k sef.
Very Near to sku self cons, 70k-100k. U'll see 120k and above sef if u want. .
Bt a lil far e.g 5mins walk to obakekere, 60k-75k. A lil farther
e.g 10mins walk, u can get for 55k-65k .

In the case of gce go to waec office for result certificate.
For school candidate, go to the school you wrote the waec and get your statement of result.
