It’s easier for him to execute those projects because FCT stood alone, no interference for god fathers and political stakeholders on projects, if state governors also have same freedom and will , Nigeria states can easily develop and bring massive overall development to Nigeria in general, if you look at some state governors are same in common states but you can’t compare federal funding projects with the state funding projects apart from Lagos , Rivers, Akwa Ibom , Delta and some others with Oil revenue or better IGR, a state like zamfara should take control of its gold mines,Kogi should have her own cement industries to raise funds for projects

I once witnessed how ceramic company (ies) in Kogi pay little. A young hustler leg was condemned by a system malfunction which led to such disaster. A disheartening part was, a Nigeria head of operation told the whites to pay him 100k only for injury that cost him leg. The injury cost his family 5m to get him into workin condition back then in 2015 (it took 3yrs to heal wound & bone straightening). Imagine the value of 5m then. It was GoFundMe that save his life...
