My dad has been sick for close to eight years now and for the last two years have been the one taking care of him at least a month I spend close to 100,000 why some months more, while my mom is indebted to one woman about 3 million naira but I've paid 2.5 million remaining 500,000.
I'm not complaining, business is ok and everything is going fine but sometimes it looks tiring. |

Nnamdipapa: Men that married later tend to have fewer kids compared to marrying ear’y so reducing chances of raising lots of kids and children are life-long responsibilities so decision to have them should be taken seriously with utmost clarity of mind. Had my first child at 24 and then, my prinary concern was sex and not the future of the children. I had my second kid a year later and the third. Daughter finished high school diploma exam last month and I sm planning for university and career in the future. Sane goes for others. You should read your topic very well and take your time to read your advice and reply. The greatest mistake any man can make is to father children in their early forties. Like you are in your sixties and your first child is barely 20 are you serious mr man?. Nothing beats early marriage blessed with children. |

SmartPolician: Nigerian government should study and learn from Pastor David Oyedepo now that he's still alive. You will never understand the impact the man is making in this country until you visit Canaan Land in Ota.
I cannot believe that Igbinedion University and Madonna University, which were the first set of private universities in Nigeria, watched Covenant University, which was founded nearly a decade after them, become the highest-ranking university in Nigeria. The tithe and offering are a good source of financial support to both university-owned by the bishop Oyedepo you can never ignore that and that is the backbone of both universities. Have you ever heard or read about Landmark or Covenant University inviting politicians to come and pledge support for a project No it will never happen and you compare that to Madonna University which does not have such support. You won't blame them they are just moving on their own pace |

Just like you pointed out the soldier on the battlefield lacking battle equipment is not the fault of the government entirely but on those top-ranking officials. Who uses public funds allocated for equipment for personal gain? And you can tell from time to time that the more we encounter insecurity the more the government puts more resources into the military and still yet we can't find a solution. |

lovewins: Just in:
President Bola Tinubu has announced a cash reward of $100,000 to each Super Falcons player who represented Nigeria at the just concluded 2025 WAFCON tournament in Morocco.
In addition, each player will also get a three-bedroom apartment at the Renewed Hope Housing estate in Abuja, and they will also be conferred with National Awards, receiving an OON (Order of the Officer of the Niger).
This figure seems outrageous but if true I'm very happy for the girls. I however think focus should be on development and not gestures like these that ultimately adds nothing to our growth. I though you posted this on the super Eagles thread you still brought it here. So you want ten to twenty years time you be hearing I played for the super falcon now am ill government don't want to support me, I don't even have place to stay. Romance › Re: Young Men: Older Ladies Are The Best For Marriage by Jieta2: 7:04am On Jul 15, 2025 |
franchasofficia: You are completely wrong my brother.
Age comes with wisdom.
The things I desired when I was 24yrs, when I look back and remember them, I just laugh because they are ridiculous. Those are some of the things age brings....it makes you wiser, calmer, more coordinated, more calculated and more valuable in all ramifications, except some few who never grow up as they grow older; they are the few exceptions.
The best age range to marry a Nigerian lady (emphasis on Nigerian) is 28yrs - 43yrs. At this age, most of them have become more reasonable in their thinking and they have also become more realistic with life based on either their own life experiences in relationships or from watching and reading about other people's relationships. Not all of them have been exhausted like you think.
From 30yrs and above, most Nigerian ladies become more financially responsible, reasonable and valuable to their men in relationship and marriage....unlike the ones below 26yrs. There are also exception of ladies below 26yrs who are wonderful in character, wisdom and understanding, but they are not always many.....and its due to how men chase them around during those age range.
If you like go and marry a girl of 22 years, we will be here to read your marital ordeals and also offer you valuable advice.
Remember, I am talking as a happily married man of over 6 years.....so learn from me....I also have too many friends with similar experiences who also attest to the fact that older ladies are better for life commitment and marriage.
Remember, I am not encouraging boys of 25yrs to go and marry ladies of 35 or 40yrs...I am talking about the best age range to wife a Nigerian lady; 28 - 43yrs based on my own personal findings and opinion anyway Well! Everybody is entitled to his/her opinion, my wife was barely 21 when I married her and I think that is the right age to wife a lady. Our society now is dominated by so many social vices and prostitution and wanting to belong is one two of many to list, wifing a lady at 28 only God knows his body count and how expose she is. |

Romance › Re: My Fiancee Tells Her Sister Everything.... by Jieta2: 8:07pm On Jul 10, 2025 |
Demigod22: To be honest, I have similar relationship with my elder brother. He tells me everything, and he takes my advice on everything. Anytime they have misunderstanding, his wife will call me immediately to explain to me, I will ensure they settle immediately.
The bond is so crazy that my brother tells me about his sex life with girls before he married, who is good in bed or bad. I open up to him about my relationship also.
When he makes money, I will be the first to know, if he wants to change his car, I will be the first to know, when he gets a girl pregnant, I will be the first to know. His wife once told me jokingly that I am the number person her husband loves so she doesn't joke with me.
Back to your feelings, you can politely tell her. Start a casual conversation with her by asking her who can she tell all her secrets without fear of being snitched on? You will tell her that for you, she is the one, then when she says her sister, tell her why she shouldn't discuss everything with her sister especially her relationship with you because you guys are a team. Only Hod knows how long you have been married, I like your last paragraph. |

komekn: I said this several seasons ago and l reiterate none of our current CB's are as good as Tosin it's very simple.
Anybody talking about Saka lookalike Tyrique George he is both Ghanian and Nigerian descent. We know he's very good and better than all our defenders, since he refuses to play for Nigeria we should be crying and begging him so that he can use us to catch Cruise just like Tammy Abraham. There was a time when we were lacking quality midfielders and I think Safarigirl made this comment she was like " well if they agree to play for us fine if they decide otherwise we move" Her comment was born out of continuous snubbing from Eberechi Eze, Micheal olise and one other guy I can't recall his name, but see where we are today we have move pass that stage, you may argue that the current midfielders we have are not quality enough but you can also give them credit for taking us to the last afcon final. |

I thought I persuaded him I never knew I was wasting my time. He lied to me that he had seen the land and that I should send money I sent to him he requested three trips of sand I sent to him. If I ask him about the sand and if they have tipped it he will just laugh.
