Anopheles:
Nope...

Suppliers sell airpods in that condition as new. We've all bought new airpods that way and in bulk quantities which we didn't test.

The third party (Humblesteve) didn't test them cos they came in sealed that way. I'm 100% sure if joe17 had the airpods, he wouldn't test them. Even you wouldn't test airpods that are sealed within the charging case and advertised as never used by the seller.

That's not the point of the discourse anyway. The point still remains:

1) Joe17 doesn't have the serial number of the airpods to confirm the authenticity

2) Picker or whoever picked those airpods didn't unseal it to test also or run a serial number check. This has a problem all the way from US making your point about Chelseamann moot

3) Joe17 never tested the airpods. He has no evidence whatsoever to back up his authentic airpods.

4) Joe17 can't advertise airpods as never used and when it has an issue, he goes back to a statement that it wasn't sealed cos it's more than a week. That's conniving and 2 faced.

5) If Chelseamann wanted to lie about defective airpods, he'd used both airpods as defects. Not one...

Unless there's a proof Joe17 sold authentic airpods, which there isn't; any agenda against Chelseamann is null and void.

Thanks

just read that your number 5 again and tell me how reasonable that sounds.

Either someone is trying to play fast one on him or they are imply conniving, that’s it
I guess he couldn’t say the one With box that is opened as he said has issues because the serial numbers would be verified on the box, but that one that is still sealed he said doesn’t work simply because no box to verify the serial numbers.

****
I have said it in that WhatsApp group and I say it here again, no one or group of persons would bully me into refunding any money to anyone over this, unless he has a way to proof to me that that’s the actually airpods he picked over a week ago.

And I’m aware that Chelseamann has reached out to most you commenting privately and whipped out sentiments, hence the prejudiced comments.

PS: since the day 1 to this very moment he never told me he’s not in Lagos, if that’s worth saying.

chelseamann:
so what is your point please??

oh? Okay, my point is that you lied about that too.
You actually have not said anything straight as is, probably, since this your complain. And on that bases I say, if there is a little lie, there could also be a big lie.

chelseamann:
1. Buyer open the sealed nylon on the charging case (you don’t expect me to open a brand new sealed item before selling)
2.Same buyer tested it.
3. Item was not tested in my presence.

Note: The said buyer is another reliable Dealer by the monikor @Emmafe

from the WhatsApp message u uploaded it shows it wasn’t even the buyer you mentioned that tested out the stuff. It was another person(his buyer, according to him) and who in his absence. Except I’m missing something.

Idboyostic:
Questions answered!!! The floor is yours.

pls don’t quote me again, I can still remember your bad deal with me that year(I swallowed it all), so I’m not surprised you towing this part with him through your responses from that WhatsApp group to here.

chelseamann:
I bought it brand new sealed and you expect me to open the sealed because I want to test it? A brand new sealed AirPod pro?

who opened it?
Who tested it?
Was it in your present?

@chelseamann, Baba, no be so?
Yes you bought TLC AirPod from me, 2 pcs.
1 with with box sealed, the other not boxed(not sealed)
When item arrived, you picked up yourself both.
According to you, you sold the boxed same day you picked it up, meaning you are left with the unsealed one for about a week and you didn’t test it?
After about a week plus, you contacted me that one of the Airpods is not working(connecting)
I asked you didn’t test it? You said yes because it was sealed and unsealing it would reduce the worth. Meanwhile you told me that you sold it same day you picked it up which is about a week ago(I guess you forgot you told me that)

***
Your major concern before buying the airpods was if they are original, so it surprises me that the unsealed one would be with you for over a week and you couldn’t taste if not for anything but to ascertain the authenticity knowing it’s a tlc deal
