tebirim: Share with us bro.... How did it go? What and what did they tell u? There pay and job terms.

I must confess, I was disappointed with access bank. Can you imagine that on that day, some of us came from far and wide, drenched in rain, and when we got there, there wasn't enof chairs to sit. We had to improvise. Most of us stood from 9am until around past 12 b4 they gave us seat.

Its PURELY a marketing JOB.
Salaray: 50k but tied to you meeting target.
If you don't meet your target in 2months, you'll be fired.
Bonuses & incentive, based on you meeting your target.
You'll undergo marketing for 1yr as well as training, thereafter, tranfered to operations.

These were what I was told, and there and then, I humbly, declined the offer. I told the access bank rep. that interviewed me that I wasn't interested in such Job.

You're right, its "PURELY" marketing, and I declined the offer right there.

tebirim: I was invited for an interview with access bank yesterday, but i had to reschedule because the interview in Lagos and me in port Harcourt. Who else got it because i never wrote any test but got an invite for an interview.

5.    Birth Certificate

I got a call from their HR department, on 23/9/2014 @ 8:34pm and soon after got a mail from access bank HR to this same effect.

Am stunned because, I didn't write any test/exam or even send my CV to them. Moreover, am 28 and have a 2.1

I was told that the panel interview will be at their branch at Adeola Hopewell V/I, Lagos on 24/9/2014 by 10am prompt, and I'm suppose to travel on Wednesday 24/9/2014. Pls what should I expect from the interview.If you've any info pls share. Tanx

Yhemmai: I agreed with you bro on the ground that u were a full staff cos they take all the benefits including PS, Upfront n 13th month, I served with them 2011/2012 I wz in C and T and I wz hoping to work with them after nysc...I did the entry level test and all the 4 interviews n medicals 2012 september and we were all called that "we can only take u guyz as a contract staff"some were 6months, 2yrs etc for 70k per month.(Bsc oh imagine)..it wz so painful cos we all thought itz for full staff...I had to reject the offer and look for another Job cos there is no career for any contract job n wen ure on the job, u won't av tym to apply for jobs let alone writing exams. The pple plus contract job is good only for the ND's who r willing to further and having financial constraint frm ma own point of view..But the fact remains I love ZB, the way they market, the spirit n determinatn
Am nt discouraging anybodi here, am jst saying frm ma own view of point n Xperience and I stand to be corrected.

From my experience
there's no way for gate crashing. Everybody invited have there names written on the attendance. If ur name isn't among, u wont be allowed to participate.
