To be honest Otti is mo of a newspaper governor. There's nothing close to what the print and electronic media have painted of Abia on the ground. Umuahia is still very rural even after 2 yrs of propaganda. The new projects he started to receive the people are largely uncompleted while workers welfare and the private sector is nothing to write home about.
