Serendipity: I am Igbo, but this is the apogee of rudderlessness. Igbo is a microscopic langiage and the knowledge of it is more or less useless. This is truer given that the majority of pupils that will attend that glorified secondary school varsity are Igbos who in most cases were taught the subject in high school and have thus gotten a smattering of the language. |
