A big question that people always ask themselves is how to prepare for exams? Many of you may be working hard and getting good marks and some of you may not be working hard out still manages to get high marks in exams, others may be wondering how it happens, and also there will be a few of you studying well but still not able to score well in exams.

How to Prepare for a High School Exams
This post is for those who are about to write high school exams as well as a competitive exam and you can even prepare for exam in a week just by following these tips. It will be much better if you study this for a long period of time.

Here are some tips to study when preparing for exams.

1. Prepare a Good Time Table
Prepare a time table before starting study. This should include all the subjects but may not be with equal priority. Tough subject can be given more time and easier ones less time but most importantly some time shall be alloted for entertainment and also there should be sufficient intervals between each subject.

2. Make Note While Studying
This is a very important point, while studying make small note that should be descriptive, make them brief so that you can remember all point while doing revision with the notes which you wrote down.

3. Self Confidence
Some students study well but still may be much afraid of exams and due to this reason they get distracted and wont be able to score good marks. So abandon all your fears and free your mind before starting your study you have to be confident, it is the most essential power you should have for attaining victory.

4. Believe in God
The last but not the least point is prayer. Pray well before the exam and mind should be free at least five minutes before the exam. Prayer can give immense energy and peace to your mind that will definitely do good for you. Also remember one thing, please do not discuss soon after exams. This will not do you good and may affect your coming exams, if your friends are discussing question paper avoid them and go prepare for your next exam.

1. Make friends with successful people and occasionally buy them gifts and surprise them with lunch because successful people always give and hardly get, so when you give them, they value the gift a lot.

2. Get a mentor and follow his instructions and respect the relationship. Never beg your mentor for money or disrespect his or her privacy.

3. Make new positive friends as often as possible and ensure you keep the communication line open. Create a network of friends and not just connections.

4. Show kindness to everyone. Some small boys today will be big boys tomorrow. The biggest dog in the neighbourhood was once a puppy. Keep the information/secret to yourself.

5. Always plan ahead and be proactive. He that plans the future works less in the future.

6. Listen to speeches and messages from great teachers, both religious and educational.

7. Attend seminars and trainings on any area you need to improve yourself - Train the trainer, personal development, public speaking, sales etc.

8. Have the habit of keeping a pen and a writing pad handy because ideas come in the form of flashes. The smallest pen is bigger and better than the biggest brain.

9. Make sure at every point in time you are reading a book. If you spend 20 minutes reading daily, for 52 weeks you would have consumed 1,000,000 words.

10. Stay away from television as much as possible. You can watch educational channels. Men with big TV sit in front of them to watch men with big libraries.

11. Put control over your mouth; never say evil of any man; what you are not certain of should not be said. Say good of all men.

12. Always show appreciation for any good deed you received.

13. Always help someone in need.

14. Live a debt free life. What you can’t pay cash for is not your size.

15. Give out loans that you can part with as gift, so that you don’t destroy your business and relationship.

16. Create legitimate multiple sources of income.

17. Save at least 10 percent of your income.

18. Invest a portion of your income, and be patient to see it grow. If what you have in your hands is not good to be called a harvest then it’s a seed; sow it.

19. Keep a good financial record of all income and expenses, so you won’t ask later “where did my money go”

20. Be involved in community service- Control traffic, free lesson class for students etc.

21. Keep getting better on your daily goals and dream, develop yourself on them and make sure you get to the top 10 % of your industry.

22. Make sure you engage in physical exercise. It keeps your brain alert and your body fit to enjoy your success.

23. Pray often, and know that for every success, God made it possible.

Dreams they say comes to pass,yes I do believe that but what they didn't tell us concerning dream is; how long it will take for it to come to pass.

I dream alot and my dreams range from ordinary things to extra-ordinary things for example, I want to be the most influential man in my sphere of Life and also to be a genius in my field and sometimes staying for minutes trying to Telepathically communicate with a Lizard,insane right?.

Having a dream or a desire is one of the most wonderful gift to mankind,of which every individual could subscribe to but it is also amazing that these dreams are being fueled by individuals themselves. So,in other words you can decipher to which extent you pursue your dreams. Well,it is also important for you to know that dreams are desires, ambitions and purposes born already in a realm beyond the physical world(imagination). It becomes our responsibility to pursue these dreams although some environmental factors may not be in synchrony with it.

What our dreams does to us is unspeakable at times but if you hold onto it with a never given up spirit you are sure to see it come true. But how long does one need to hold on to his dreams (that's where the issue is). Out of the seven billion earth inhabitants only one has an answer to that.

Passing WAEC examinations is one of the best things that can happen to any secondary school graduates at least they don't need to write it again (they are done with this stage).
But then what happens after graduating? That moment where you graduate full of dreams like a bee to a honey comb.

Life begins to throw a lot of things at you. You wrote Jamb,jamb said they love your name so they decide to make you write again the year after or you applied a particular school with your high score with all hope of gaining addmission but you got rejected. This time what your dream require from you is to be stubborn with it.

Thomas Edison had a dream, one which he already conceived in his imagination.,despite his concurrent failures he was never deterred because he believed in his dream and he also had the willpower to fuel it. And today, every single individual is a testimony of his dream which later became reality in the physical world. Now, come to talk of some certain limiting factors...

It is so absurd that if I should have a child who wishes to pursue a career in space travel or car design I would find it so unfortunate telling him it's impossible because where I reside in this part of the world does not provide a safe haven for such a pursuit. Another set-back is having people around who don't have a big picture about life and who seldom believe in their dreams becoming a reality, talk more of believing in someone else's dream.

I once heard someone capitulate that as SPIRITUAL SUICIDE... Where one could have a dream and later settle for something less because he or she lacks what it takes to give the dream life in it's Maxim. But one should note that even in the midst of these setbacks a dream can still be born. Because a dream conceived in the world of your imagination where no limitation lies could still be made manifest if one has what it takes to fuel and nurture the desire.

In summary,I will like to say there are no limitations to a dream conceived and worked upon by the required strength and willpower. And as Martin Luther King Jr would say that "If you can't fly, then you run, and if you can't run, then you walk and if you can't walk either then you crawl ".for me, even if you die..., atleast you were pursuing a mission called..... "Your Dreams."

Recently, I have discovered some disturbing issues of domain setup on their website. When I purchased my first domain from them, when i logged into their dashboard to add all the necessary values I need for the linking of my domain, I could not find a single clue on how to go about the setup.
