Job Title: Dispatch Rider Employment Type: Permanent Experience: Minimum of 2yrs Academic Qualification: desirable, but competence and skill are of higher priority Main Duties Transport and deliver customers’ orders quickly by motorcycle. Orders are usually small packages and are for delivery around Lagos. Job Requirements As a motorcycle despatch rider, you should: • have good knowledge of Lagos roads • enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider • be physically fit • be reliable and punctual • be able to work on your own • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure • Polite and able to get along with people • have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records • have the ability to read and follow guides, plan and learn routes • have a mature attitude • be friendly and presentable. Ability to use Google maps and smartphones is an added advantage |

Job Title: Customer Service Agent Employment Type: Permanent Experience: Minimum of 2yrs Academic Qualifications: OND, Bsc, HND in related field desirable, but competence and skill are of higher priority Job Description • Make outgoing and answer incoming calls in a high volume call center environment • Communicates directly with customers and builds strong business relationships using sound communication skills • Provides timely and accurate customer service support such as processing orders, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing information regarding products and services. • Engages in projects and other activities during low call volume, such as processing or responding to orders and questions submitted by customers online. • Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
