About the touch I just mentioned which you said I should change touchscreen, is the screen you refer to cause the screen as broken or crack, only that the screen is not touching properly, your genuine answer is always a welcome development, I don't want to fall to the hand of fake phone engineers.

You can root it if you can mind the type of application you'll download and instal on it. Avoid fonts and chainfire stuff.

Download framaroot v1.6 from google playstore, run and use it to root/unroot your phone.

This phone is far better than Opsson ivo6622, and it comes with bbm, I got my on monday Dec 9.
