Replacement is on roll basis...it happens all the time. And to answer your question, it’s ongoing. They will be posted to various commands pending when this recruitment will be concluded and then join up with them in training.

If those replacement are posted to different command will they report there for training before the recruitment is done or they will wait for the recruitment to be done before they report to the command for training?
