It mostly depends on the brand of fan you are buying, most works at night and charges with the solar panel in the daytime. Duration of operation at night depends on capacity of the internal battery and speed of the fan. How well it charges with the solar panel also depend on the capacity of the panel as most of them are too small for charging and operating the fan at the same time. Someone posted this air cooler yesterday on Alaba Online Marketplace. I actually want to know the function of it.

He posted it for 145k. I price down and we agreed on a price. The seller said it cools the air inside room. But I don’t know the mechanism behind it.

I’ve seen it once inside a hotel VIP bar. I couldn’t figure out its work cox there was Air conditioner there also.

What is really the work of this air cooler?
