Everything boils down on lifestyle. I don't know your financial status I would have given you a strict diet devoid of artificial protein. I don't know your age and height to actually juxtaposed with your BMI to determine what you mean by skinny. Nevertheless, I'll advise you register at your local gym and convert your physique to thin muscles( Athletic physique is the goal man ).

You have to bulk, then you cut - build muscle.
All this has to be done healthily and protein based meals are not cheap in 2025.

To accurately call yourself skinny, we need your height and weight. Even your age. Nigerians just want to be a particular size or weight without knowing the metrics used in calculating.

A lot of healthy tips already. In addition take whole milk instead of skimmed milk. Take in between meals.
You may need to take some of these supplements if you are interested to meet a dietitian.

*Eat a lot of starchy foods at night...

Rice, yam, potatoes, beans and sodas (aka minerals - soft drinks), be eating them at late night and immediately go to bed...

Be eating a lot of beef/meat, too...

Eating chicken won't work...

Coca-Cola, Pepsi are a good example of soft drinks u should be taking regular at NIGHT.

Eat a lot of boiled eggs and be drinking soft drinks to step down...

Anytime u eat dinner, ensure u are taking minerals and immediately go to bed, even if u not sleeping yet, just climb on top bed and lie down on it...

If u can do this for a week without a break, u will start seeing changed...

Note: do not take any weight gaining drugs, cos they won't help...

What you wrote up there is wrong that minerals is bad for health and why would you eat and go to bed immediately that's also bad for health you will suffer from indigestion and it will have your health who even does that at least sit for 2 hours for the food to digest then you can go to bed

I never knew this day I will be forced to quit the job that I was doing. I have never ever imagined, i will resign from my work place or I can't be able to do any stressful job again.
3 years back I had a dream. I saw myself going back to the village to settle down, I woke up it was just a dream. Since then,things were not right with me. My village people won this time. I'm Just joking. I don't believe on those village stuff. I resigned today because of my health. I was diagnosed of high blood pressure not only my BP is high but the symptoms is driving me crazing. I wish I never existed. The everyday headache, dizziness, lack of sleep and the pain I am having under the right side of my rib cage. I'm on bp drugs. I can't work. I have lost it.
