Send your account details via WhatsApp for your instant refund. Regards chief

Ybholy:
I’m not concerned with what he said.

I asked again;

HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO REFUND HIM?

100FIX1:
Upload it to Google drive and create a shareable link and drop it here.

100FIX1:
Ybholy has made a more reasonable proposition, they should probably go with that unless buyer's video can fully prove his innocence - then burden falls on the seller alone.

100FIX1:
Use understanding.

The buyer said the screen went from working perfectly 3 day ago, working perfectly when he recieved it to "blank"

For an oled screen to behave like that "blank" not ink or something else - and you know, this is only his account, we were not there

I made that submission based on this.

But if he has a meaningful video to support, it is welcome.

100FIX1:
That's expected, truth is always scary to liars.

One question i will demand from you, answer:

Why did buyer send his contact to verify the phone's condition before purchase? What did that accomplish?

You've just been mouthing nonsense since.

First, you didn't wait for both parties account of events before giving judgement, now again, I'm sure you didn't read thoroughly kunlexyinc1 post before giving this your full refund verdict.

And you certainly don't understand the behaviour of oled screen once damaged.

From the narrations of the occurrence, op shouldn't be getting any refund at all - screen was damaged in his coffers.

Once an amoled screen cracks, it goes completely blind in a few minutes/hours.

It is not possible for a cracked oled screen to still display perfectly after 3 days and go off then.

Which explains why the phone is still on but no display.

Not that it is not charging (I'm suspicious of op's narration even, due to this) the 2% is not a reasonable reason for screen going blank and should not be linked together.

The phone hasn't gone of at 2% and is charging, only no longer display.

Before anyone attacks out of ignorance, do fact check on all I have said.

There shouldn't be no refunds at all but return of property to the owner.
