yes it is. The point system is what will be used to make jamb's list of provisional admission.

I don't think d point system will determine provisional admission, I think it'll be used as d screening method for full admission by the school

Meanwhile,there is a new guideline on Jamb.gov.ng its on PDF and my phone can't read PDF.
I guess that is what they r gonna use

According to how I understand it o.... Jamb wil offer provisional admission with jamb score.. Then the school will screen those offered provisional admission with d point grading method after which d school fully admits students based on the screening they've conducted, then sends the rest of those that doesn't get admitted back to jamb for redistribution

I think the reason we can't edit it now is d same reason we couldn't start admission screening registration immediately after they opened d registration portal,i mean, it's like they are still updating it, just like they were still updating d registration portal then and u won't be able to edit until it's totally updated, so just be patient a little more, Android phones display websites the same way a pc does, so if u can't edit on d phone, u won't be able to on d system
